1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They can be set by the site you are visiting ("first-party") or by another domain whose content the site loads ("third-party"). Similar technologies include local storage and session storage.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary
We do not set first-party cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may set short-lived technical cookies (for example, a session-affinity cookie) to keep the site fast. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
Performance & analytics
We do not use marketing cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
Third-party
- Google Fonts — we load
InterandJetBrains Monofromfonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Google does not set cookies for plain font requests, but the request itself is made to Google. See Google's privacy policy. - Tripwell API — destination data is fetched at build time, not from your browser, so no cookies reach you from our API.
3. Storage in the iOS app
The Tripwell iOS app does not use HTTP cookies. It uses on-device storage (Core Data and the iOS keychain) to keep your trips, preferences, and authentication tokens. Pro users can opt in to download maps and itineraries for offline use during a trip; that data lives only on your device.
4. How to control cookies
You can clear, block, or limit cookies in your browser settings. Modern browsers also let you block third-party requests entirely. Doing so may affect how this site renders (for example, fonts may fall back to your system font).
